Allu Arvind’s latest venture Badrinath, starring his son Allu Arjun, is going to start shooting on July 26, 2010. The film is directed by commercially successful director V.V Vinayak, which stars Tamannaah Bhatia in the female lead role.
Bollywood hunk Imran Khan is supposed to have a special appearance in this film. The film is being produced under the banner of Geetha Arts, which has earlier produced blockbuster hit film Ghajini and Telugu film Magadheera.
Lead actor Allu Arjun is now in Vietnam, where he is busy learning and practicing martial arts to get into his character in the movie. Badrinath is a high budget film with extraordinary production values and has a high budget plan like Magadheera.
The first schedule of the shooting will take place at Kullu Manali, where a special set for the movie has been erected.
The filmmakers are yet to finalize the names of other casts, which will be declared shortly.
M.M. Keeravani has scored music of the film and cinematography is done by Ravi Varman. The film is scheduled to release in Indian theaters at the end of 2010.
