Her very first movie, Devadasu, was a success which helped boost her career. Even so, the role for which she was commended the most was her role in Pokiri. She starred with the heartthrob Mahesh Babu in this film by Puri Jagannadh.

The 22 year old has done over 12 movies in Tollywood. Her Tamil movie Vedi, in which she will mostly have Vikram and Shrinivasan Rao as her co-stars, is still in its pre-production stage. But she is currently the talk of the town not for her work in Tollywood but for her special appearance in a song in a Kollywood flick.

She’ll be seen on the Kollywood silver screen for Indrajith Lankesh’s Thanta Thunti. The song was shot on last Monday and Tuesday at Ileana’s native state – Goa.

Thanta Thunti is a movie which has Sadha in a guest role. The movie stars Sameer Dattani with Lekha Washington and Ishitha Sharma.

According to sources, the shoot for Thanta Thunti is complete with the completion of the shoot of the song filmed on Ileana. We are sure that people are eager to see Ileana play some lead role in a Kollywood movie soon.
