Raavanan is a forthcoming Tamil film written, produced and directed by Mani Ratnam. The film will star Vikram, Aishwarya Rai and Prithviraj Sukumaran in the lead roles. The film will be also dubbed into Telugu version titled Villain and other regional languages. Mani Ratnam is also making the film in Hindi simultaneously as Raavan with a slightly different cast. It stars Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai and Vikram in the lead roles while Govinda, Ravi Kishan, Nikhil Dwivedi, Tejaswini Kolhapure and Priyamani play key supporting roles. A.R. Rahman picks New Singers for ‘Raavan’ Tamil Version

Finally, the listing of audio tracks for ‘Raavan’ Tamil version has been officially released by Sony Music. The title song ‘Veera’ (‘Beera’ in Hindi) has been crooned by the same singer Vijay Prakash of ‘Hosanna’ fame along with Keerthi Sagathia. The Additional African vocals are rendered by Mustafa Kutoon. Karthik’s ‘Usure Pogudhey’ is expected to be the Tamil version of ‘Behene De’ and A.R. Nayantara doing Electra for Creative Satisfaction

Nayantara, who started out with the girl-next-door image and transformed into a glam queen in Tamil movies is back to Malayalam films. The actress is very excited about her upcoming Malayalam film, Electra. Directed by filmmaker Shyamprasad, Electra will be an offbeat film for Nayantara. She reveals that she is doing the film for her own creative satisfaction. She is excited about exploring a new genre as in most films actresses are confined to dancing around trees.
